UQZ type floating ball liquid level transmitterIt consists of two parts: a liquid level sensor and a current converter. The float changes synchronously with the liquid level, controlling the suction and disconnection of the reed switch, so that the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly. The converter then converts the resistance change into a 4-20mA standard current signal and superimposes it with a digital signal for output. This instrument can display, alarm and control the liquid level of the medium in open, closed containers or underground tanks in the instrument control room. The detected medium can be water, oil, acid, alkali, industrial sewage and other conductive and non-conductive liquids, and can overcome the influence of false liquid level caused by liquid foam. At present, the UQZ floating ball liquid level transmitter produced by our company has been widely used in industries such as refining, chemical, papermaking, food, and sewage treatment, and has been unanimously recognized and praised by customers.
